Dutch director Shariff Korver will direct three episodes of the eight-part British comedy thriller series Temple. Starring Carice van Houten (Game of Thrones), Mark Strong (The Kingsman) and Daniel Mays (Star Wars: Rogue One).

Temple is set deep below the streets of London. Descending past Temple tube in the beating heart of the city, lies a dark secret. An illegal clinic has been set up in an abandoned subterranean network of tunnels.

Shariff Korver attracted a lot of attention with his previous series Fenix (2018) at the Series Mania Festival in Lille earlier this year. In collaboration with his agents from European Talent Network , Henneman Agency (NL) en Curtis Brown (UK) Korver convinced the Temple producers and landed the job. Temple is expected to air in 2019 on Sky One.
